KarigarX primarily sells digital products.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once a file has been successfully downloaded.

Refund requests may be considered if:

Payment was charged multiple times.
Purchased file cannot be downloaded due to platform issues.
File delivered is materially different from its listing description (within 24 hours of purchase).
Technical issues prevent access despite successful payment.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

KarigarX reserves the right to request evidence supporting a refund claim.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
